PRP Atlas is a directory of PRP and regenerative-medicine practices in the US. We list providers found in public sources and cross-check them against the CMS National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), a public federal registry. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

PRP Atlas is an informational resource, not a credentialing body, a referral service, or a guarantee of any kind. Read this section in full before using anything you find here to choose a provider.

We do not endorse any listed practice, physician, or treatment. Inclusion in this directory — whether free, claimed, or paid ("Sponsored") placement — is not a recommendation, referral, or endorsement by PRP Atlas, and paying for placement never changes that. See Editorial Policy for how paid placement is disclosed and ordered.

We do not guarantee any provider's credentials, licensure, board certification, insurance status, malpractice history, or that the services, pricing, or hours listed are accurate, current, or actually offered. A "Verified" badge confirms only that a named physician matched a real National Provider Identifier in the federal NPPES registry — an identity check, not a check of license standing, credentials, training, or fitness to practice. Do your own due diligence before choosing any provider. Independently verify a provider's license with your state medical board, confirm current pricing, hours, and services directly with the practice, and discuss whether any treatment is appropriate for you with a qualified clinician. Do not rely on this site as your sole source of information when making that decision.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to undergo any treatment. Listings, guides, and provider information are for general informational purposes only. Always talk to a qualified, licensed clinician before making any medical decision — including whether a treatment is appropriate for you.

A "Verified" badge means a named physician was matched against the NPPES registry and has a real National Provider Identifier (NPI) on file — an identity check. It is not an assessment of quality of care, outcomes, training, board certification, or license standing, and it is not our endorsement of any provider. "Not Yet Verified" means no confident match was found; it does not mean a provider is untrustworthy. Full detail is on our Editorial Policy page.

We source listing details from a practice's own website, its Google Business listing, and NPPES. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail — hours, pricing, services offered — is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm details directly with a practice before visiting.

If you run a listed practice and something is wrong, you can claim your listing to correct it, or email hello@prpatlas.com.

Claiming a listing is a request, not an automatic change — we review every claim by hand before anything on the listing changes. Submitting a claim does not change a listing's verification status, which can only come from a real NPPES match, not from a claim or a payment.

Some listings can be featured for a fee, shown with a "Sponsored" label wherever they appear. Paying for placement changes position and presentation only — it can never produce a Verified badge or alter what NPPES actually returned. See Editorial Policy for how paid placement is disclosed.

Star ratings and review counts shown on listings are pulled live from Google and belong to Google. We link out to "See reviews on Google" rather than reproducing review text ourselves.

Don't scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract this site's content; don't submit false information through the claim form; don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRP Atlas is not liable for any decision made based on information found here, including a decision about medical treatment or provider selection. Your use of this site is at your own risk.

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. This is a working document for a small, actively developed site and is not a substitute for legal advice.
