Dr. Kyle Allan is a Board-Certified Osteopathic/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine physician who completed a Fellowship in Sports and Interventional Spine Medicine at the Michigan Sports and Spine Center. He trained in Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine at Michigan State University, earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed over 150 hours of advanced, cadaver-based coursework in Orthobiologics and Regenerative Medicine focused on ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided procedures. He previously served as clinical faculty and an assistant professor in osteopathic neuromuscular medicine at Michigan State University and remains engaged in academic medicine as adjunct faculty.
