This Los Angeles practice is led by Dr. Kian Karimi, MD, FACS, a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. He is joined by a team that includes Amit Kochhar, MD, FACS, physician assistants Sharon Stewart and Cindy Peng, and registered nurses Lauren Pevnick and Elizabeth Schwartz.

The practice offers facial plastic surgery procedures such as rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, facelift, and neck lift, alongside medical spa treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, and Xeomin), dermal fillers, microneedling, and laser treatments addressing sun damage, spider veins, wrinkles, fine lines, and acne scars.

Dr. Karimi trains other surgeons nationally in techniques such as PDO thread lifting, microcannula filler injections, and the use of autologous blood plasma for aesthetic and reconstructive purposes, an approach reflected in the individualized treatment plans he creates for his own patients.
